We will exchange products, as long as the item/s is in its original condition. We do not exchange items that have been worn or come back with stains.
In your order there should be a return slip with our address and a form that can be filled out. Simply return the product with the return slip in your parcel filled out for the fastest exchange. If we need to email you to find out, this will delay the exchange process.
You can alternatively also email us with your order number and your requirements. Original item/s need to be sent back to us by post within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Shipping costs for the returned product is paid by the buyer. The Lifestyle Co PTY LTD will cover the costs to send the exchange item back to the buyer.
If your size is not available you have the options of choosing another item of the same price, another product of a lower price and receiving SUPAEROS coins in the difference or a more expensive product, where you will need to pay the excess. You can alternatively get a refund less the shipping cost.
