All exchanges should be returned with a filled out packing slip. If this slip is not filled out, your exchange/return will take longer to process due to the team needing to contact you to ask what you'd like to do. Please include the filled packing slip and all the products you wish to exchange/return with tags and original packaging.
Your exchange will be dispatched once we receive and process your return.
If you are exchanging and your requested size is unavailable, you can opt for another product of the same price, a lower priced item and get the difference in SUPAEROS coins for your next order, or a higher priced product and pay the difference via PayPal.
Returns/Refunds may take a 1-7 working days to show up in your account after processing depending on which bank you are with. Refunds will be less the shipping cost.
If you are in a rush for a different size, we would suggest buying the correct size and ship it on express. We will process a refund only once your order comes back to us.
Who pays for the shipping?
Exchanges require two shipping steps. Product being sent back to us, and us sending you the requested product.
First step would be you sending the product back to us, this is paid by you.
Second step is us sending you the requested product, this is paid by us, and will be sent back on standard post. If you want express post, please let us know, as express shipping will be need to be paid in full by you.
